Prinya produced and acted in plays with his classmates, one of which was “Tea House of
the August Moon.” They were invited by the United States Information Service (USIS) to
perform “Huckleberry Finn” for radio which Prinya directed. After graduation, Prinya worked
for a brief period with USIS before he was persuaded to serve his country by joining the
government as a Government Savings Bank official.
